4 guests* Name, contact number, and email are required to generate a booking — your confirmation and invoice are sent to that email.
Rooms range from our large 8-person group rooms down to 2-person rooms — the per-person rate depends on which package your room falls under, with fuller rooms generally costing less per head. Leave Auto selected and the ledger below will split your group the way our resort actually allocates rooms — or pick a package yourself if you already know which room type you want (e.g. 9 guests can choose Package 2 for three rooms of 3, instead of the auto mix).
Only pay extra for the guests who actually need to stay later — not your whole group. Standard guests can stay until 3:30 PM (through lunch); Late check-in guests can stay until 8:15 PM (through dinner).

Cancellation policy
A 2% cancellation fee applies to the refund amount whenever a booking is cancelled, regardless of how much notice is given.
Zero tolerance — alcohol & smoking
Smoking, alcohol and pets are strictly not permitted anywhere on the property. Any guest found consuming alcohol, smoking, or carrying either onto the premises will be asked to check out immediately, with no refund for the unused portion of their stay. Please respect quiet hours after 11 PM.
Full payment
100% of the total bill amount is payable at the time of booking to confirm your reservation — no separate advance or balance.
Meals
Jaman is served in the traditional Thaal system at fixed meal windows — breakfast, lunch and dinner timings are listed above.
Accommodation changes
Guest count and room allocation can be revised up to 72 hours before check-in, subject to availability at the time of the change.
ID proof required
A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence, or Voter ID) is mandatory for the primary guest at check-in. Aadhaar card is compulsory for all children too — both under 7 and 7 & above. Entry may be refused without these.
Property damage
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to rooms, furniture, or property during their stay. Repair or replacement cost will be charged separately at actuals.
Right of admission
Management reserves the right of admission and may refuse entry or ask a guest to leave for disorderly conduct, misbehaviour with staff or other guests, or violation of property rules — without refund.
Activities are at your own risk
Swimming, bonfire, trekking, and other on-site activities are undertaken at the guest's own risk. The resort is not liable for injury or loss. Children must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times, especially near the pool.
Force majeure
The resort is not liable for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control (natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, etc.). Rescheduling will be offered where possible.
Non-transferable booking
Bookings are valid only for the guest name(s) and dates confirmed on the invoice and cannot be transferred to another person or date without the resort's prior consent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Silvassa / Vapi, Gujarat.
Extra guests
Only the guests confirmed on the invoice may stay on the property. Additional or unregistered guests are not permitted without the resort's prior consent and applicable extra charges.
Photography & media
The resort may photograph or film common areas for promotional use. Please let staff know if you'd prefer not to be included in any photos or videos taken on the property.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Overnight Farm Stay: 11:30 AM check-in, 10:30 AM check-out the next day (or 4:30 PM–2:30 PM for Late Check-in). Pack 'N' Go: 4:00 PM–10:00 PM. Day Outing: 11:30 AM–10:00 PM.
Can we extend our checkout time?
Yes — Extended Checkout is available at booking for +50% of one night's room cost, letting Standard guests stay until 3:30 PM or Late Check-in guests until 8:15 PM.
Is ID proof required?

What's the policy for children?

Payment is 100% online via Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets) at the time of booking — no cash advance needed, and you receive an instant invoice and confirmation.
Do you offer pickup from the railway station?
Yes — pickup/drop from Bhilad or Vapi railway station is available for ₹400 per person; select it while booking and provide your train details.
Can I get a custom package for a large group?
Yes — for weddings, birthdays, engagements, or corporate off-sites, use the Enquiry form below instead of the regular booking flow.
